Communicate
Once we receive your job, we immediately communicate with both the homeowner and the adjuster to assess whether items need to be removed and restored off-site. This helps us determine the best course of action for your situation.

Scheduling Pack-Out
We work directly with the homeowner to schedule a convenient time for the pack-out that fits their schedule. We strive to make this process as smooth and accommodating as possible

Arrival & Walk-Through
When our team arrives on-site, we’ll review all necessary paperwork and conduct a quick walk-through with the homeowner to address any questions or concerns. This ensures that everything is in order before we begin the pack-out process..

Inventory & Restoration
After the items are safely transported, our team will begin the inventory process, meticulously cataloging each item. We will then begin the restoration process as needed—whether it’s cleaning, deodorizing, or other specialized treatments for textiles, electronics, or other belongings.

Once restoration is complete, all items are carefully stored in our secure warehouse until they are ready for delivery.

Schedule Pack-In
The last step is coordinating with the homeowner to schedule a final delivery. Our team will carefully pack-in and return all restored items to their rightful place in the home, ensuring everything is in excellent condition and ready for use.
