Step Two: Arrive on-site
The dedicated team at FRSTeam of Middle Tennessee will promptly arrive at your property, ready to assess the situation with professionalism and care. Our experts will conduct a thorough inspection to evaluate the damage and discuss any specific items or areas that may require immediate attention or expedited handling. Whether it’s delicate belongings or time-sensitive repairs, we ensure your most urgent needs are addressed with precision and urgency.
Step Three: Photo Documentation & Itemized Report
At this stage, we don't just take photos—we create a comprehensive, indisputable record of the damage and items in our care, providing you with a detailed visual and written history of the loss. This process not only supports the insurance claims process but also ensures transparency and accuracy every step of the way. We carefully document every item, including those that are non-restorable, creating an itemized report to track their condition. Each image and description helps protect your interests, making sure that your restoration journey is clear, organized, and in your control.
Step Four: Deliver Rush Emergency Order
Once your Rush Emergency Order is activated, a sense of relief will quickly follow. Within just 24-72 hours, you’ll receive a thoughtfully prepared package delivered directly to your doorstep, packed with everything you need to maintain some normalcy during the restoration process. This package includes two weeks’ worth of clothing, fresh bedding, personal hygiene items, and other essential personal belongings. We carefully curate each order to ensure that the items you rely on daily are immediately available to you, so you can focus on the restoration of your home while still having everything you need to carry on with life. Our goal is to reduce the stress and disruption that comes with a disaster, offering you comfort and convenience amid uncertainty.
